Service Overview
Just-For-You Jobs is a personalized job search service provided by The Career Concierge. We assist in identifying and applying to job opportunities on your behalf. Please note that our service does not guarantee job placement.
No Guarantee of Employment
We do not guarantee that the use of our services will result in employment. While we strive to identify and apply for positions that align with your experience and goals, we have no control over the hiring decisions made by companies. The final hiring decision is solely at the discretion of the employer.
Control Over Hiring Process
The Career Concierge does not influence or participate in any part of the hiring process beyond the submission of applications on your behalf. We are not responsible for the employer’s selection, interview process, or offer decisions.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our personalized services, no refunds will be issued once payment is processed and the service has commenced.
Client Responsibility
To ensure that our services align with your career objectives, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your experience, qualifications, and job preferences. It is your responsibility to complete the intake form thoroughly and attend the scheduled Discovery Call.
Communication and Updates
We will provide weekly updates regarding the status of your job search via email. It is your responsibility to respond promptly to any questions or requests for further information.
Termination of Service
The Career Concierge reserves the right to terminate services if we determine that we are unable to provide the necessary assistance, or if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Additionally, if we discover that any information provided in the intake form is false or misleading, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the service immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Confidentiality
All personal information and materials shared with us, such as resumes, job preferences, and application details, will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our job search services. Your data and personal information will never be sold to outside parties. In the event of a data breach, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability
The Career Concierge is not liable for any loss, damage, or negative outcome that may arise from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, missed job opportunities, employer decisions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
